Stayed at the Royal Highland last year for two nights and
it was fantastic, very professional staff, great rooms and
food, I will be staying again!

My son, age 11, and I stayed at The Royal Highland on April
15 & 16. We had come to Scotland on his Spring Break and
I picked the Highland, in great part, after viewing your web
site photographs. We arrived in the afternoon after a train
ride from Stirling and it was a pleasant surprise to find
the hotel conveniently located next to the Station entrance.
However much the convenience was it did little to prepare
us for the next surprise. After entering the sitting area
both my son and I were astounded by your staircase, the pictures
can only convey a small view of the grandeur and none of the
feeling - we truly felt we had stepped back in time 100 years.
That feeling continued to grow in the 2 days we spent in Inverness.
I was impressed with how much of the original architecture
was intact and well maintained. And additionally, how the
original structure was integrated with modern conveniences.
I cannot recall when I took so many pictures of any hotel
I have stayed at. Of last note, and by no means least, the
service of the staff and warm atmosphere they created matched
the "step" back into history.

A very relaxed and unfussy hotel, right in the middle of
Inverness. Breakfasts are excellent, with a great variety
and certainly set you up for the day. The Ash bar and restaraunt
is very welcoming, again top quality food. Rooms comfortable
with pristine en-suite facilities. Would definitely book here
again

I stayed at the Royal for 1 night last month and i thought
that it was a great hotel with very friendly staff. Although
i originally come from Inverness i opted to stay at the Royal
instead of staying with my family (the hotel's food is far
better lol). Im on my way back to Inverness tomorrow and guess
what? Im staying at the Royal again! I would recomend this
hotel to everyone and the rates are so affordable and you
will get great service.

I stayed at Royal highland hotel and this is the best hotel
i have ever stayed.staff was lovely and Food and beverage
manager Manov was excellent.he went out of his way to make
our stay comfortable.

stayed here for one night on 23 december. wonderful. I was
able to leave my case at 10.20am while i went shopping. my
single room was clean and very comfortable, everything in
the room, lovely clean bed, warm room. My evening meal was
hot and tasty. the breakfast had a large selection, staff
were nice and polite. Very good hotel which i highly recommend.
cant wait to stay again.

my boyfriend and i stayed here for two days in sept 2004,the
service was great,the rooms were splendid,the nicest bathroom
i have seen in a hotel in many years, The service in the restaurant
was exceptional not to mention the food,the menu was planned
for the discerning gourmet,very nice and the price was exceptional
no matter what country you are from,my compliments to the
entire staff, being in the bussines it is hard to find a place
like this,this truly is as good as it gets thank you

My partner and I stayed at the Royal Highland Hotel with
friends from Saturday 17th until Monday 19th July. We enjoyed
our stay and central to that was our time at the Royal Highland
Hotel. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the room
we slept in was ideal and the restaurant (Ash) was very good
also. Thank you for a lovely stay --- we'll be back!!

hard to find such a lovely and smiling staff in this country.
