'A Highland Hogmanay 2005'

Saturday 31st December

Arrive between 2.30pm and 4pm to delicious home baking and freshly brewed tea or coffee then retreat to your room to prepare for our 8 Course Hogmanay Gala Dinner. (Cocktail Dress and Black Tie/Kilts)

Our Piper will play for you as you come down at 6.30pm for some Champagne Cocktails and tasty canapés. Make your way through to our Ballroom for our Gourmet Hogmanay Dinner and then dance the night away with our traditional Scottish Band and 'bring in the bells' to the sound of our lone piper.

In the wee small hours when everyone is going to bed end your night with a warming cup of broth.

New Years Day -Sunday 1st January

Why not take advantage of your hotel room and have your luxury breakfast served in your room (£10.00 Supplement per person) from 10am – 11.30am. If you’d rather have Brunch then wander down between 11.30 – 1.30 or if you're feeling up to it we will be serving Tea/Coffee and Bacon Rolls from 10am – 11am.

You have the afternoon free to do as you please, why not take a stroll along the River or if you want to venture further go for a drive along the peaceful sides of Loch Ness, who knows what you may see!

On the 1st day of January we are breaking with tradition and opting for a Buffet night instead. You can tantalise your taste buds with the various foods on offer and try out the courses that you wouldn’t normally try. Entertainment on this night is in negotiation.

Monday 2nd January

Back to normal again with breakfast being served between 7.30am and 9.30am.

Entertainment provided tonight for people on a 3 night package.  Details later.
